Para abrir una farmacia nueva, es necesario dar aviso al respectivo Director Departamental de Higiene, acompañando al aviso el nombre del propietario, el del famacéutico director, el nombre que llevará el establecimiento, la situación del local, la lista del personal subordinado que trabajará en ella y el carácter de farmacia de primera o de segunda clase, que tenga el establecimiento.
