Cuando los giros sean a favor de alguna entidad, sociedad o empresa industrial, se exigirá a quien lo cobre una autorización debidamente registrada ante la respectiva oficina de correos. es requisito indispensable que tanto el destinatario como el comisionado tengan registrada su correspondiente cedula de ciudadanía o tarjeta de identidad, según el caso.
