º. Para la aplicación de los ordinales b) y c) del artículo 3º. de la Ley 51 de 1975, se entiende que han ejercido de manera continua el periodismo las personas que durante el tiempo allí previsto hubiesen desempeñado funciones como las que se determinan en el artículo anterior.
