Podrá Cancelarse A Un Usuario Su Tarjeta De Crediagrario, Cuando Ocurre Una Cualquiera De Las Siguientes Circunstancias: A) No Haber Pagado Las Cuotas O Saldos Pendientes Dentro Del Plazo Previsto; B) Exceder El Cupo Autorizado; C) Cubrir Las Cuotas O Saldos Con Cheque Devuelto Impagado Por El Banco Girador; D) Habéresele

º Podrá cancelarse a un usuario su tarjeta de CREDIAGRARIO, cuando ocurre una cualquiera de las siguientes circunstancias

a)

No haber pagado las cuotas o saldos pendientes dentro del plazo previsto;

b)

Exceder el cupo autorizado;

c)

Cubrir las cuotas o saldos con cheque devuelto impagado por el banco girador;

d)

Habéresele. cancelado la credencial por otro sistema de tarjeta de crédito;

e)

Habérsele cancelado la cuenta corriente por mal manejo o cartera castigada en cualquier entidad bancaria. CAPITULO V. De la administración del sistema
