Art. 3.° Los Conjueces de la Corte Suprema ó de los Tribunales no devengarán sueldo; pero gozarán de estos honorarios: por la sentencia definitiva, treinta pesos; por la lectura del expediente, diez centavos por cada foja; por la asistencia á las audiencias ó conferencias, un peso por cada hora. Honorarios que se les satisfarán del Tesoro de la Nación.
