Artículo segundo. En cuanto se refiere a los estudios cursados en el año de 1962, se aceptará cualquiera de los planes de que tratan la Resolución número 189 de 1953, el Decreto número 486 de 1962, o los planes de reajuste elaborados por cada plantel de acuerdo con la autorización contenida en el artículo 7º del Decreto número 486 de 1962.
