El Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social adquirirá las anteriores substancias por conducto del Instituto Nacional de Higiene Samper Martínez, entidad que las mantendrá en depósito para expendio, según órdenes del Ministerio. Las utilidades obtenidas por venta, según el Artículo 79 de este Decreto, serán consignadas por el Instituto en la Tesorería General de la República, el 30 de junio y el 31 de diciembre de cada año, como depósitos provisionales.
