El Gerente General del Instituto se posesionará ante el Presidente de la. República o ante el Ministro de Agricultura, y los miembros particulares o los designados por el Presidente de la República para integrar la Junta Directiva se posesionarán ante el Presidente de la Junta Directiva; los demás funcionarios y empleados ante el Gerente General o ante el funcionario en quien delegue esta facultad.
