Barona, sobre pago de perjuicios y otras prestaciones, por razón del contrato de arrendamiento de unas casas en la ciudad de Cali y que fueron destinadas para el servicio del Ejercito.

Parágrafo

En virtud de la autorización que se otorga en este artículo, facultase igualmente al Gobierno para que, llegado el caso de la transacción allí prevista, abra a la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia actual, un crédito extraordinario hasta por la suma de cuarenta mil pesos ($ 40,000), con imputación a las partidas asignadas para material y cuarteles en el Ministerio de Guerra.
