Se prohíbe realizar con aeronaves de sencido público vuelos de acrobacia que comprendan evoluciones peligrosas e inútiles para la buena marcha de la aeronave. Asimismo se prohíben tales vuelos para toda clase de aeronaves, encima de las zonas urbanizadas de los Municipios y sobre los aeródromos abiertos al público.
