Todas las piedras litográficas para el grabado, pertenecientes al establecimiento se marcaran en sus cantos con las palabras República de Colombia, Litografía Nacional, y las grabadas que se necesiten volver a usar, se mantendrán con la debida seguridad. Las piedras con grabados ya inútiles se borraran, dejando constancia en una diligencia que se extenderá al efecto.
