Transitorio . Las investigaciones que hayan iniciado en vigencia del Decreto 1016 de 2000, los artículos 41, 43, y 44 del Decreto 101 de 2002, los artículos 3°, 6°, 7°, 8°, 9°, 10 y 11 del Decreto 2741 de 2001 y los artículos 10 y 11 del Decreto 1479 de 2014, así como los recursos de reposición y apelación interpuestos o por interponer como consecuencia de las citadas investigaciones continuarán rigiéndose y culminarán de conformidad con el procedimiento con el cual se iniciaron.
