Las personas y entidades que, de acuerdo con los reglamentos, deban anular las estampillas de timbre nacional, y no lo hagan debidamente, sufrirán una multa de diez pesos ($ 10.00) por cada vez que omitan la anulación i o ésta se haga irregularmente.
