Las empresas podrán vincular laboralmente a la población objeto de esta ley y acceder a los beneficios e incentivos aquí establecidos sin perjuicio de la información que repose en el Sistema de Administración del Riesgo de Lavado de Activos y de la Financiación del Terrorismo (SARLAFT), sin que esto constituya riesgo reputacional.
