Artículo segundo. No quedarán obligados a cumplir lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior los contratistas a precio fijo que en el momento de entrar a regir el presente Decreto, tuvieren celebrados contratos sobre ejecución de obras o labores determinadas, por el tiempo restante de su respectivo contrato.
