Los miembros de la Junta Directiva nombrada por el Presidente de la República, tendrán un suplente, cada uno, nombrado por el mismo Presidente, para que llene sus vacantes temporales. Los demás miembros de la Junta designarán, en cada caso, el funcionario de sus respectivas dependencias que haya de reemplazarlos cuando no pueden concurrir a las reuniones.
