Articulo 77. en lo que se refiere a la reexpedición de giros internacionales, esta se hará de conformidad con las disposiciones de los acuerdos vigentes. Sin embargo, para la reexpedicion al exterior de todo giro internacional se exigirá el permiso previo correspondiente de la oficina de control de cambios y exportaciones, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 73 del presente decreto.
