º. Sí antes de registrarse la demanda en cumplimiento del artículo 18 de este Decreto, el demandado o demandados enajenaren su propiedad, en la parte afectada por la expropiación, el juicio se seguirá con los nuevos adquirentes, quienes tomarán dicho juicio en el estado en que se encuentre. Si se constituyeren gravámenes u otros derechos reales al juicio se entenderá también contra los respectivos titulares.
