La jerarquía de los Suboficiales del Ejército, será:

Cabo segundo,

Cabo primero,

Sargento segundo,

Vice sargento primero y

Sargento primero.

Parágrafo

Los soldados distinguidos se considerarán como buenos soldados con titulo de aspirantes a Suboficiales, pero sin ninguna de las prerrogativas de estos.
