Articulo 3° Los sobrantes que se causen en los gastos que indica el artículo 1° de este Decreto, pueden ser invertidos en; ampliar y, perfeccionar el servicio, mediante resolución del Médico Director del Centro de Higiene de Puente Nacional, que necesita la aprobación del Ministerio de Trabajo, Higiene y Previsión Social.
