Cada uno de los hijos del asegurado, menores de catorce (14) años o inválidos no pensionados como tales, gozara de una pensión mensual de orfandad proporcional a la de validez o vejez de que estuviera disfrutando el asegurado o a la que hubiere correspondido al realizarse el estado de invalidez en la época de su defunción.
