Información adicional . Si del informe resultare que no son ciertos los hechos, podrá ordenarse de inmediato información adicional que deberá rendirse dentro de tres días con las pruebas que sean indispensables. Si fuere necesario, se oirá en forma verbal al solicitante y a aquel contra quien se hubiere hecho la solicitud, de todo lo cual se levantará el acta correspondiente de manera sumaria. En todo caso, el juez podrá fundar su decisión en cualquier medio probatorio para conceder o negar la tutela.
