Artículo 48. Faltas Gravísimas

amends ley 734/02

Modifícase el literal c) del parágrafo 4° del artículo 48 de la Ley 734 de 2002 , el cual quedará así:

Artículo 48. Faltas gravísimas. Son faltas gravísimas las siguientes:

Parágrafo 4

. También serán faltas gravísimas para los servidores públicos que ejerzan dirección, administración, control y vigilancia sobre las instituciones penitenciarias y carcelarias:

(…)

Introducir o permitir el ingreso y uso de elementos de comunicación no autorizados, tales como teléfonos, radios, radioteléfonos, buscapersonas, similares y accesorios;
