-L. Si un perro potencialmente peligroso ataca a otra mascota, su propietario será sancionado por la autoridad municipal competente con multa hasta de dos (2) salarios mínimos mensuales y estará obligado a pagar por todos los daños causados a la mascota. Si el perro es reincidente se procederá al decomiso y sacrificio eutanásico del animal por parte de las autoridades que las alcaldías municipales designen para tal fin.
