º. Distribución de los cargos en la planta de personal. El Liquidador de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones, Telecom en liquidación, distribuirá y ubicará los cargos establecidos en el presente decreto, atendiendo las necesidades de la empresa en liquidación y presentará ante la Junta Liquidadora el plan de supresión de estos cargos en la medida en que se terminen los contratos de trabajo.
