El pago del precio debe hacerse en el lugar del juicio al día siguiente de la subasta, o dentro del término de la distancia, y tres días más, si ésta se hizo por medio de comisionado.

Empero, las partes pueden conceder plazos para el pago de lo que respectivamente les corresponde en dicho precio.
