Artículo décimocuarto. (sic) En la misma forma serán sancionados los empleadores que, sesenta (60) días después de la expedición de este Decreto, no hayan abierto y llevado al día el libro de inscripción de los menores de diez y ocho (18) años, prescrito en el artículo 171 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo.
