En los lugares donde no haya guarnición militar corresponde a la primera autoridad política del Municipio otorgar los permisos para efectuar vuelos sobre las zonas urbanizadas del Municipio. En caso de que el permiso sea concedido, queda ter-manantemente prohibido volar a una altura menor de 300 metros sobre las precitadas zonas. CAPITULO VI Aeródromos.
