Article 19

Cuando La Universidad Conceda Vacaciones Colectivas, Los Docentes Podrán Disfrutarlas Como Anticipo, Aun Si No Han Causado Este Derecho

Cuando la Universidad conceda vacaciones colectivas, los docentes podrán disfrutarlas como anticipo, aun si no han causado este derecho.

Parágrafo

A los docentes que por cualquier motivo no hayan estado vinculados durante todo el año calendario, la Universidad Nacional de Colombia les anticipará quince (15) días hábiles de vacaciones.
