Cuando se trate de asuntos relacionados con la Educación Técnica, el Consejo Superior de Educación funcionará con tres miembros más escogidos por el Gobierno entre los industriales, agricultores y comerciantes. En las directivas de los establecimientos de que trata esta Ley, habrá siempre un representante de cada uno de los gremios mencionados, nombrados como lo disponga el decreto reglamentario.
