Las entidades a que hace referencia el artículo 6º de la Ley deberán tener a su servicio, como mínimo, un noventa por ciento (90%) de Ingenieros Químicos titulados de nacionalidad colombiana. Dicho porcentaje se refiere al total de los profesionales de esta especialidad que sean necesarios y suficientes para el normal desarrollo técnico y científico de sus actividades en el área de la Ingeniería Química.
