Art. 10 . Los suministros hechos por los Estados al Gobierno nacional durante la guerra de 1876 a 1677, con fondos pertenecientes a los ramos de beneficencia e instrucción pública, se pagarán en dinero con un fondo mensual de diez mil pesos, que se distribuirá a prorata entre los que obtengan el reconocimiento de sus respectivos créditos.
