En lo no previsto en la presente Ley se aplicarán las disposiciones del Código de Procedimiento Penal y las normas sobre desistimiento, prescripción y nulidades contenidas en la Ley 23 de 1991 , siempre que no se opongan al carácter oral del procedimiento establecido en ella.
