LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 88. SUBSIDIO DE ALIMENTACION. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, tendrán derecho a un subsidio mensual de alimentación, en cuantía que en todo tiempo determinen las disposiciones legales vigentes sobre la materia.

Parágrafo

El subsidio de alimentación de que trata el presente artículo es incompatible con la partida de alimentación consagrada en el artículo 87 de este estatuto.
