Las Juntas Seccionales estudiarán dentro; de un plazo máximo de treinta (30) días, a partir de la fecha de la solicitud, las peticiones de los aspirantes, y sobre cada caso, dictarán una resolución motivada, indicando las pruebas aducidas, y determinando la especialidad científica o técnica y. la categoría del Escalafón en que el peticionario debe quedar inscrito. La documentación correspondiente será enviada a la Junta Nacional.
