Modifíquese el inciso primero del artículo 2.9.5.1.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "ARTÍCULO 2.9.5.1.2 Autorización. Las operaciones sobre financiación de valores que celebren las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa para financiar a sus clientes la adquisición de valores, estarán sujetas a las condiciones generales que establece el presente Título y podrán ser ejercidos previa autorización expresa de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia.".
