Artículo segundo. Para la adecuada prestación del servicio que se traspasa por el artículo anterior, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 4°, 8° y 10 de la Ley 47 de 1958, asignase la suma de tres millones quinientos mil pesos ($3.500.000.00) moneda corriente, que serán entregados al Servicio Cooperativo Interamericano de Salud Pública, con destino al Instituto Nacional de Nutrición.
