° Presentada la solicitud, el Ministerio recibirá durante un mes después de hecha la última publicación las observaciones que cualquier persona quiera formular. Si el Ministerio considera improcedente la solicitud lo manifestará así a quien la hubiese presentado; en caso contrario la pasará al Consejo Nacional de Política Aduanera para su estudio.
