Para ascender al grado de Teniente Coronel, inclusive y de este en adelante, así como para el servicio de Estado Mayor, es requisito indispensable, fuera de los demás fijados por las leyes y reglamentos sobre las materia en referencia, haber hecho con resultados satisfactorios los estudios del Curso Superior de esta Escuela.

Queda así sustituido el artículo 3o de la Ley 88 de 1935 .
