Esta suma será entregada por el fondo cooperativo nacional al tesorero del centro de estudios cooperativos de Antioquia en la debida oportunidad, previa la presentación de la fianza que señale la Contraloría general de la República. El Congreso apropiara dicha cantidad en el presupuesto de próxima vigencia para reintegración al citado fondo cooperativo.
