Retiro por inasistencia aI servicio por más de diez (10) días sin causa justificada. Los agentes de la Policía Nacional serán retirados en cualquier tiempo del servicio activo, por inasistencia al servicio por más de diez (10) días consecutivos sin causa justificada, o cuando acumulen igual tiempo en un lapso de treinta (30) días calendario, sin perjuicio de la acción penal correspondiente.
