Artículo segundo . El patrimonio del Instituto de Asuntos Nucleares estará integrado

Con un aporte anual de la Nación, cuya cuantía se determinará por decretos posteriores, y que se incluirá en el Presupuesto de Rentas y Gastos;

Con los bienes muebles e inmuebles que por destinación legal v hasta la fecha integran el patrimonio de la Comisión de Energía Atómica de Colombia, sin excepción alguna;

Con los bienes que por cualquier otro título pertenezcan a la citada Comisión, y '

Con los demás bienes que se asignen al Instituto. Dirección y administración del Instituto.
