De las condenas a que hubiere lugar en los procesos no laborales que se sigan o estén siguiendo contra la empresa Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, responderá la Nación, la cual estará en la obligación de atender aquéllos una vez concluida la liquidación a que este Decreto se refiere.
