º. Las Asociaciones Mutualistas de Ahorro y Préstamo no podrán dar a sus recursos destinación, diferente que la contemplada en el artículo 2º de este Decreto, salvo en aquella parte que sea necesaria para atender a los gastos que demanda su propio funcionamiento. Podrán, sin embargo, realizar inversiones distintas de las mencionadas mediante autorización previa del Gobierno, por recomendación de la Junta de Ahorro y Vivienda.
