La Nación responderá de los perjuicios que se ocasionen con motivo de la utilización de los vehículos autorizada en el artículo 1º de este Decreto. Para la determinación del valor de los perjuicios, el juez deberá tener en cuenta el avalúo fijado dentro del proceso penal aduanero y el estado del vehículo según el acta a que se refiere el artículo anterior.
