Las oficinas de asuntos disciplinarios de las Fuerzas Militares se organizarán con base en los siguientes parámetros:

Parágrafo

Mientras se provee la planta de personal para dar cumplimiento a este artículo, las Fuerzas podrán organizar las Oficinas de Asuntos Disciplinarios con el personal idóneo que pueda cumplir con lo establecido en la ley.
