COMISION PARA DESEMPEÑAR EMPLEOS DE LIBRE NOMBRAMIENTO Y REMOCION. La comisión para desempeñar empleos de libre nombramiento y remoción podrá conferirse a funcionarios escalafonados en el régimen ordinario o especial de carrera, expedido para el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad sin que ello implique perdida del fuero de carrera.
