Art. 298. El amparado por pobre gozara de estas excepciones en todos los pleitos propios en que figuren como demandante o como demandado, y que se sigan al tiempo en que se conceda el amparo, o que se inicien dentro del año siguiente a la fecha de la siguiente o la fecha de la sentencia en que se ha concedido el mismo amparo.
