En el caso contemplado en el inciso 2 del artículo 4 del Decreto 584 de 1975, la liquidación la efectuará la Sección de Auditoría Interna del Impuesto sobre las Ventas e Indirectos de la División de Auditoría de la Administración de Impuestos Nacionales de Bogotá teniendo en cuenta el precio convenido, que en ningún caso podrá ser inferior al comercial.
