Créditos para la financiación de exportaciones. Los créditos otorgados a industrias cubiertas por la sección segunda del Capítulo X del Decreto 444 de 1967, correspondientes a contratos celebrados dentro del régimen conocido como Plan Vallejo, se consideran destinados a la financiación o prefinanciación de exportaciones.
